Requirements

• Paypal only

• When you reserve a commission, please provide your Paypal address, 2-4 reference photos, and a description of the scene (lighting, expression, etc...)

• You must specify dimensions for the commission if they are required (e.g. 2560 x 1440 pixels is recommended for a Youtube banner). Otherwise I will use dimensions I deem complimentary to the piece.

• Please keep conversation to email only, it helps me keep track of your commission.

• Do not wait to tell me details or edits for the commission, it helps me as an artist to create something you enjoy!

• Reserving a commission slot means that you have funds readily available and will be able to pay the invoice when required.

• I require that 50% of the final cost be paid upfront before I start working on sketching your piece, and the remaining 50% after you receive the artwork. Any changes to the commission during its creation (E.g. adding a background) will be added on to the second payment.

Process

• When commissions open, you can email me with the required information and reference images to get started. I typically announce upcoming openings on Instagram about two weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to prepare.

• Once I’ve reviewed your request, I’ll reach out to confirm the details and arrange payment. After the initial payment is received, I’ll begin the sketching stage. During this phase, please request any and all edits. Don’t hesitate to share your thoughts, while sketching it is the easiest to make large changes to ensure you are happy with the final piece.

• When you’re satisfied with the sketch, we’ll move on to line art and coloring. I do not charge extra for changes made in any stage, so it is still important you speak up when something is on your mind

• Finally, I’ll move on to shading, adding the final rendering and intricate details to bring your artwork to life. Once the commission is complete, I’ll send you a downloadable file of the finished piece, an we can exchange the final payment.

• Now you're free to enjoy your finished piece!
