Terms and Conditions

General

• I will ship internationally, as long as you cover all shipping costs.

• No work will be done on any commission until the suit has been fully paid for.

• For personal reasons, I am unable to offer rush orders. If you need a suit made quickly, I suggest finding another maker or adjusting your timeline.

• If you do have a completion date in mind, let me know in advance (before reserving a slot). If you do not tell me about any deadlines beforehand, I am not responsible if the suit is not finished on time.

• I do not accept murrsuit commissions.

• I do not accept AI generated character sheets.

 

Payment terms

• The material down-payment for any given project is non-refundable by any means.

• Payment plans are on a case by case basis, usually not spanning more than 6 months.

• Once the fursuit has been completed, no refunds are available.

• As a new maker, my prices often change. If I have provided a quote to you I will stick to that price range for up to 6 months. After 6 months you will need to request a new quote.

 

Termination of Commission

• If you back out of a commission, or if your commission is cancelled, I reserve the right to alter the work in progress suit and put it for sale as a different character.

• I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any point, for any reason. Examples of reason being if the client becomes abusive, has consistent poor communication, or avoids payment.

• In the case of a cancellation, a refund will be provided in relation to the amount of work that has been completed.

 

Warranty and Repairs

• All fursuits come with a 1 year warranty.

• I reserve the right to refuse repairs at any time for any reason. Some reasons may include irreversible damage, neglect, if the fursuit is dirty/has substances on it, or aggressive/rude behavior.

• After the 1 year warranty, I offer paid repairs with prices depending on type of repair and amount of damage. Contact me with pictures of the full scope of the damage and can provide a quote.

 

Allergies

• ​I live with two cats, two rats, and come into contact with friends’ dogs and cats often.

Other Information

• If you've gotten a quote from me I will not assume you are interested when commissions open, you will need to send another message if you want to reserve a commission slot.

• Since I am a smaller maker, outside responsibilities, learning skills, and material delays may cause me to take longer than a fulltime maker to complete your fursuit.
